1. Develop, implement, and maintain HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support business objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.\n2. Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.\n3. Manage and coordinate employee performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and professional development programs.\n4. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\n5. Advise and support managers in handling employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance as needed.\n6. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and develop solutions related to employee satisfaction, retention, and overall department efficiency.
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations.\n3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.\n4. Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.\n5. Strong problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\n6. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
